Learning is a core value at Genesis Burson-Marsteller. We believe in empowering our people with the right learning input, knowledge and best practices.
Our learning programmes are customized and conducted under the aegis of The Genesis B-M Flying School, our learning and development function. Each of our associates earn Flying Miles for each relevant learning intervention they invest time in. The school offers 24X7 e-learning modules along with focused classroom sessions, which include on-site as well as off site resident programmes.
Our programmes are considered the gold standard in the industry. These include the New Age Leaders and Leadership in Action modules, which are specially designed to nurture our budding leadership teams and reinforce skills among the senior management.
The "Associate Learning
Program" a year long paid internship, is an example of this focus on learning at the very foundation. It is a programme designed to train an individual in all facets of public relations within a working environment. It is the only formal and structured programme that nurtures young public relations talent at the workplace, in India today.
