Today is a very special day for all of us.
We mark our 20th anniversary as a firm.
It is time to reflect on the many milestones we have accomplished, and the many miles we still need to travel.
The environment two decades ago was far less complex. It is different today, when challenges have multiplied along with opportunities.
We now have more in our hand — multiple choices and the option to build value for ourselves and those around us.
There are questions we need to ask: how can we build our own capabilities? How can we build a future based on a solid foundation that comes from what we do at this moment, this day and the year ahead?
How can we give a chance to those who don’t have the opportunities? How can we change that one thing that impacts not just one more person, but at least 10?
You might want to know why we need to ask these questions. We need to because if we want to become successful leaders we need to be able to lead people through Inspiration and our ability to see the Big Picture that matters.
I see the potential in many people in GBM — they have what it takes and I am exceedingly proud of them. Some will succeed, others may not be able to see the path. So Think, Reflect, Act, Achieve and do it all with a smile. Positivity helps not only us, but also those who matter the most — our clients who believe in us and our capabilities.
I wish to thank each and everyone who are with us today, those who have been part of our building blocks, and those who are part of our larger universe.
We are blessed to have so many well-wishers, cheerleaders and supporters.
